Bad Warranty-

I bought this elliptical owned it one year and the frame broke while I was using it. It not only was dangerous it damaged my wood floor when the left arm flew off.
5 year warranty not good -they will not stand behind their product and the left me waiting to hear the bad news for 2 weeks then sent me an email.
Icon Fitness is impossible to contact except email.
I want to warn everyone if you plan on buying this product -Think again-
I would love for Icon Fitness to read this and make good on this product.

Dissatisfied

When I received this item, it was rusted. Too much trouble to return, so I put it together. It was pretty easy. Good workout, but squeaks. If I didn't throw the box out, it would have been returned. I do not recommend it.
