Not for tall people

I bought this bike to help rehab my knee after surgery. It was easy to assemble, seems sturdy and well designed. However, there is only 18 inches of distance between the seat height in the maximum position and the "top dead center" position of either pedal. I'm 5'11" and have long legs. This bike did not have enough distance between the maximum seat height and pedals at the top position for what I needed it for. Sadly, I had to return the bike.

This bike is what I was looking for

This bike is not too large, easy to assemble, quite, and sturdy. The manufacturer thoughtfully puts all the bolts, washers, & other parts on where they should be, rather than loose in a parts box. If you're looking for a right price and good exercise bike, then you should think about this one.

Great inexpensive workout

I just received my new exercise bike the other day- shipping was really fast, and I was surprised to see it on my doorstep so soon. It came packaged in excellent shape- nothing missing or damaged. My 16 year old son help me set it up, and between the two of us, we put it together in about half an hour. I found the directions to be very easy to follow with all of the nuts and bolts separated out into individual, numbered bags. Really the only thing to put together is the leg supports, seat, pedals, and handle bars. The main component that everything fits into comes as one piece so it makes it rather easy. Tried the bike out right after putting it together and it was a workout! I only had it on level 1, and after 30 minutes, I was sweating and my legs felt like jello. I'm 5'7 and 120 pounds (and not THAT out of shape!) and I felt the bike fit me and was comfortable. I really love this bike so far. I think, for the price, it was a really good investment. Seems to be pretty sturdy and well made. I have no complaints! Except that I have no excuse not to workout now....
