Disappointed

I ordered this service at the same time as I ordered an elliptical. I never received an email from the concierge. Three days after my elliptical had already arrived, I'm wondering what was going on, as my elliptical should have been put together already and I still haven't heard from them. I sent an email letting them know I've already had the elliptical several days and finally get some one to give me a call. She was apologetic and blamed the problem on an email miscommunication between Amazon and them. She says she will get my information to a tech immediately.
Fast forward several more days and I get another email asking if my elliptical had arrived yet, even though I had already told them over the phone and in email that it had. I reply that, yes, it had been sitting in my house for a week and a half at this point. She replied with another promise to send my information to a tech.
Two days later the tech finally shows up with no heads up. He was from a local fitness goods store. He did a good job putting it together and explaining the elliptical function and maintenance. In all it ended up taking nearly two weeks after my elliptical was delivered to be put together, not the 48-72 hours advertised. Definitely wouldn't recommend this service to anyone else.

What is your definition of 'remove debris'?

After reading their ad and many reviews of the elliptical I bought, I purchased blue loctite and recommended lube. Installers refused to use either. Company advertised removal of packaging, pallet, and cardboard. Yes, to your garage or driveway. I had to schedule assembly for the day before trash pick-up to accomodate them. Otherwise, fast work with a quick safety talk. Not sure I would use this company again. A local full service retail store that used to have two names offered the same service for less money.

I was contacted to schedule the assembly promptly. The technician arrived on time and efficiently completed the assembly. Overall, I was very satisfied with this service - and happy to know that the machine was assembled properly.
