The Main problem is that your feet hit the bottom of the frame at start point,i wear a size 12 men,this is for small women or kids,And it's very wobbly,very poor design,and waste of money......... 13 of 15 people found the following review helpful.
 I may be too short...

I am unsure about this product. I am not sure if it is the design of the product or simply user error. I have seen reviews that if you are too tall this product is not a good fit. I am only 5 3" and so far my arms and chest have gotten a better workout than my abs. It could just be that my abs are so out of shape (the whole reason that I bought it) that my form is off. Ehh its okay

I bought this as a gift for my mom, she likes it but it is really rough on your arms, they will be more sore than your stomach the next day.
