Excellent Quality and Workout

The package came in roughly about a week and a half with the free super saver shipping which was awesome. I was very excited to open it and give it a try. Upon first opening it, you will notice the machine is basically assembled for you. All you have to do is put in 3 bolts and a couple of pins to hold the pull up bar as well as the foot bar. Overall it took about 20 minutes. The actual instructions on how to use it are not very clear, although once you figure it out it really is very simple. My only complaint is that it states it is supposed to come with a workout poster full of the exercises but it does not but I was able to just google some Total Gym routines which are essentially the same exact thing. As some one who used to be a gym rat, I really enjoy this machine. Work and other responsibilities as well as membership costs brought me to purchase this item and I don't regret it at all. The workouts are very intense and you can definitely get a nice solid frame out of this. You won't become like Arnold or anything like that, but this can definitely get you in shape and along with proper diet have you looking good in the summer time. I will try to update my results as I continue to use it but overall very satisfied and shocked at the value I got with this purchase

Great Fix even for big guys ( 300 + )

I bought this product under a new system I developed for weight loss. The system calls for mostly Juicing and 1 Lean protein meal per day but most importantly lots of Muscular activity , the problem was driving back and forth to the gym wasting gas and time then waiting for machines to become available billing ripoffs and such . So I bought this as an alternative to weights and I am impressed with what you get for the price ! Very Solid Equipment carries me easily and the Squat Panel gives me an added leg dimension much needed. I was worried about the resistance hoping it wouldn't be too easy , but It's perfect coming from a guy that maxes out over 450 pounds. If you need extra resistance there are 4 bands and an elevation factor that puts you against gravity plus your body weight , so for me weighing at 300 plus the resistance bands add in the highest elevation setting , I get about 400 pounds of resistance. Great alternative and I can hit the weights whenever I feel like it ...

Good work out - but heavy machine

It IS a great workout. Seems rugged enough for my needs. However, along with being rugged means it is heavy. Too bulky to pull out each day from some hiding place. You really need a place to set it up and leave it.
