it's ok ..

Busy mom, petite 5'2 .. in my early thirties good health.. usually kick box and do cardio but have slacked and gained some extra weight .. I bought this for everyone in my family .. everyone from my 6 to 15 y.o use this .. the huge downside is if you are short like me or tall 6 feet tall like my son the circular motion of the pedal(s) hurt your knees .. unless you squat .. people of average height seem to like it .. I don't mind squatting because that is an exercise in itself but it makes the long time use impossible for a couple of us .. It definitely gives a work out .. noticed a muscle change within a week in my legs and behind .. maybe even my sides ..

Good, inexpensive machine

I've had this machine for about two years and it's lasted perfectly. One downside is that it does take batteries for the programs and tension and they don't last very long if you're a heavy user. It does take a bit to put together, but it's worth it - I've lost 70 lbs with its help and plan on losing more with it. Word of caution - if the motor or the belt go out, the parts are pricy! The tension motor runs about $105 and the belt is $110. Plus, putting either on is a pain in the neck.

This was everything I expected and more. It will sure give your legs a work out. It is also great for increasing your endurance and building your lung capacity up
