Had to replace incline motor in less than a month
By John R. Helms
It was purchased from BestBuy but I checked Amazon for reviews before I purchased and unfortunately found none. I may have just gotten a one-in-a-million lemon but wanted to put the info out there so buyer beware. I've had this model for less than 1 month. From day 1 it would make hum as if the ramp was actually calibrating but it never actually moved. Whatever, I went with it since it could feel changes in resistance the modes changed so I was getting use out of it. There has probably been less than 6 hours use in the 13 days since I put together and it suddenly "calibrated" on it's own with no one using it then made some grinding sounds and locked in the 20 degree incline. It can still be used but won't move from 20 degrees. Customer service was helpful and will be sending a new motor along with a tech to repair it supposedly. It took me about 2.5 hours to put together and makes a clunking sound at high speeds. I don't use the fan but it points at your stomach and is kind of weak. It's easy to use and has a nice display though.

I am not top happy
By Mogens Jensen
I like it but there is a mechanical problem with it that neds to be solved
The only solution is to send mé a new one since a correction needs welding and grinding as far as I can see.
